Miguel Arrobas

Miguel Arrobas is an open water swimmer, former Olympic athlete, jurist and Portuguese politician. In 2011 he worked as a lawyer at the Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações | National Communications Authority. Since 2013 he has been a member of Cascais City Council Executive, performing currently the functions of Municipal Director of Social Cohesion and Empowerment.
